She supervised (as co-promotor) the following PhD-students:
*Matthijs Bal (cum laude PhD; Best HRM dissertation award PhD; 2005-2009):“determinants and outcomes of the psychological contract between the older worker and the organisation” (promotor: Prof. dr. Paul Jansen). Dr. Matthijs Bal now works as an associate professor at the Vrije University Amsterdam (Management and Organisation).
*Dorien Kooij (2006-2010) (Best dissertation Award WAOP 2010 (www.waop.nl); Best dissertation of HRM network 2011):“The impact of HRM policy and practices on the work motivation and labor market participation of older workers”(promotor: Prof. dr. Paul Jansen). Dr Dorien Kooij now works as an assistant professor at Tilburg University (HRM department).
* Teun Aalbers (2010-2014): The healthy Aging Brain Monitor (co-promotor. Promotor: Prof. Marcel Olde-Rikkert). Radboud University Nijmegen
* Klaske Veth (Hanzehoge School Groningen): HRM and the Older worker. (Promotor: Beatrice van der Heijden; dr. Ben Emans).
